• A screenshot of your payment confirmation, if you pay via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer

• Verify manual payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer)
• Send order confirmation and status update emails
• Respond to inquiries you send via our contact form or WhatsApp

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Order information is stored securely with Supabase, our database provider. Payment proof screenshots are stored in a private file store and are only ever viewed by our team to verify your payment — they are never made public.

Our shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so your bag is saved between visits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers until you check out. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
