Terms of Service

Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase. We confirm your order by email once it's received, and again once payment is verified (for JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer orders). We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, due to a stock or pricing error — and will notify you if we do.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies nationwide. We accept Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer — see our Payment Options for details.

Nationwide home delivery across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, and all surrounding areas. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees.

We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. See our Return & Exchange policy for the full process. Made-to-order and sale items are final.

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including fabric and stitching details. Minor variations in color or print placement may occur between the photos shown and the item you receive, due to the nature of digital fabric printing and photography.

Haani's Couture is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
